Project One - Guildford

Project One was set in Guildford on the lands of the Djadjawurrung people. The focus for this event was to showcase the local produce and talent in the area, with everything sourced within 100km.

The plant-based menu was designed in collaboration with Olivia McCrimmon of Food For Friends.

Project One was underpinned with educational information on the processes undertaken by all the local suppliers that were utilised for the event - including their environmental initiatives and sustainable practices.

We were overwhelmed with the community support and passion for this project. We felt humbled to have met every one of our suppliers intimately and look forward to growing our relationships further.

Acknowledgements

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to Indigenous Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
