Wildlife bakery is passionate about sourdough, seasonal produce and community. Run by Huw Murdoch, who started out by making sourdough at home. All loaves are fermented for 24 hour, hand formed and experimental in their use of heirloom Australian wheat varieties.

Sustainability

With a strong commitment to local grain suppliers, Huw is hoping to make a positive contribution to smaller, high-quality and family owned farms.
