Metcalfe Mini Organic Farm
About
Metcalfe Mini-Farm is a compact organic farm just over an acre in size. Rob and his family have spent the past 12 years establishing the farm with a half acre veggie patch, berry field, small orchard, dairy goats, pigs and chooks.
Almost all of the vegetables used at See You Soon Project One were sourced from Metcalfe Mini Farm including, broad beans, cabbage, broccoli, beetroot, snow peas, mizuna and plenty of fresh of herbs.
Sustainability
Metcalfe mini-farm is an organic farm, meaning there are not harmful pesticides or herbicides used on the farm. Instead, Rob uses permaculture techniques to enrich the soil, using manure made from the animals living on the farm.
