About
Divine Mushrooms is a semi-rural urban farm in Broadford Victoria and was born from the core values of eating fresh nutritious food sourced from local growers. Passionate about locally sourced produce, owners Simon and Renee couldn't find anyone producing gourmet mushrooms so they decided to have a crack at filling the gap. While tending to their veggie garden they began to learn the art and science of the indoor cultivation of gourmet mushrooms, with the goal of bringing the magic of those mushrooms to the their community by selling at local farmers markets and food outlets.
Sustainability
Divine Mushroom are certified organic and utilise waste from the coffee industry to grow their mushrooms. Picked fresh every day and only growing what is required for their market stalls and direct consumers, Divine Mushroom are limiting excess stock and food waste.
