Animus Distillery
About
Animus is a premium small batch Australian gin and whiskey distillery. Founded in 2015 by four friends, Animus has grown quickly to become a well known micro-distillery and cocktail lounge. All products are hand crafted on premises, with many of the botanicals grown on their own property in Kyneton.
Sustainability
Selected botanicals are grown from their property in Kyneton. After the fermentation process, the used botanicals are composted and spread onto the garden to help fertilise the next harvest. Animus use all paper packaging and invest in renewable energy where possible.
