Boomtown is Co-op winery, cellar door and events space located at The Mill, Castlemaine. Driven by a passion for making small batch and honest wines, Boomtown provides a space for aspiring wine makers to share equipment and ideas to produce a range of simple and local wines.
Sustainability
Boomtown believes in using local and organic fruits to produce small batch wines. They source their fruit from local growers in the Central Victoria region and rely on yeasts found on the fruit and in the winery to naturally ferment the wine.
